Enter the Belarus without a Visa is possible:
- for long-term travel for citizens of 24 states (the list of countries and the number of days are given below);
- in case of arrival through the Minsk National Airport (citizens of 101 countries can enter Belarus without a visa for various periods of stay);
- for tourists arriving in Grodno and the Augustów Canal for 10 days;
- for foreign citizens coming to Brest, tourist and recreation zone «Brest» and Belovezhskaya Pushcha for up to 10 days;
- for citizens of Russia;
- for children.

Required list of documents for all non-citizens of Belarus entering the country.
All foreign citizens entering the country with a visa or without it through the airport or border checkpoints must have the following:
- Passport

Entering the Belarus through the Minsk National Airport for 30 days without a country visa

The given order of visa-free movement through the airport does not extend to persons coming to Belarus by plane from the Russian Federation (such flights are considered as internal ones and do not have border control).
The term of visa-free stay can not be extended beyond the established 30 days.
The term of visa-free stay is calculated in calendar days (regardless of the time of arrival and/or departure).
The number of visits to Belarus per year is not limited but the total period should not exceed 90 days in a given calendar year.
The citizens of 24 countries from the first list in this article can also enter the country through the Minsk airport.

Visa-free entry to Belarus to Grodno and the Augustów Canal

Augustów Canal
Without a visa foreign tourists can come to Belarus to visit the Augustów Canal Park.
Without a visa tourists can enter the Belarus through the following checkpoints:
- by car — «Bruzgi» («Kuznica Belostotskaya»), «Privalka» («Raigardas»);
- simplified checkpoints «Lesnaya» («Rudavka»), «Privalka» («Shvyandubre»);
- by train — «Grodno»;
- airport «Grodno».
List of required documents:
- a valid passport or a document replacing it (suitable for overseas travel),
- documents which allow the right to individual or group visits to this area *,
- medical insurance (10,000 euros),
- money (about 25 EUR for each day of stay).
* Belarusian travel companies prepare and send a document granting foreign citizens the right to visit the Augustow Canal Tourist and Recreation Park. Foreigners can arrive without a visa only through a Belarusian travel agency. It is required to send a scanned passport. Travel agencies that provide such a service are easy to find in the Internet.
A foreign tourist can create an individual visit program but only with a tour operator.
Foreigners who arrived without a visa in Grodno for a period of more than five days will have to register. Hotel staff solve all issues with registration.

Foreign tourists can use the opportunity to enter Belarus without a visa to visit the Brest area.
You can get to Belarus without a visa (for traveling in the Brest area and Białowieża Forest for up to 10 days) through the checkpoints:
- by car — Brest (Terespol), Domachevo (Slovatichi), Peschatka (Polovtsy);
- by train — Brest (Terespol) and Brest-Vostochny railway station;
- Brest airport;
- simplified checkpoint Pererov (Belovezh).

Entry into Belarus for Russians without a visa
Entry into the Republic of Belarus for Russians in 2019 remains visa-free. At the border is enough to show the usual all-Russian or international passport. Russian citizens do not need to fill out a migration card.
Visa to Belarus for children
Children of all countries of the world have the right to enter the Republic of Belarus without a visa.
For citizens of Russia to cross the border of Russia and Belarus with a child under the age of 14 it is enough to have only a birth certificate of a child. Children over the age of 14 must present an internal Russian passport.
